Sunday, a day of recuperation from a hard weeks work. This was a tough week and the full day of activity yesterday really wiped me out. Today's schedule was an easy 20 mile bike ride. My legs felt so good after the 21 mile run yesterday that I asked my coach if I could swap out my bike ride for a 6 mile run instead. Unfortunately, my request was denied. So, after scout mass and before I left for a surprise birthday party for my Aunt, I headed to the courts and did my 20 mile bike workout. It felt great to move the legs without pounding my body. The good Lord gave me a beautiful Sunday, the sun was shining, my workout was done and I was going to spend some time with my family. A great way to relax from some tough workouts.
